Take Notice that the following-named ordinance was adopted on second and final reading, following a public hearing, at a meeting of the Mannington Township Committee held on the 5th day of October, 2026:

An Ordinance Authorizing An Exchange of Rights in Land Located in the
Township of Mannington, County of Salem and State of New Jersey:
Block 19, Lots 12 and 27

The purpose of this Ordinance is to authorize an exchange of rights in land involving property
designated as Block 19, Lots 12 and 27 on the Mannington Township Tax Map. The Ordinance authorizes the Township to release and extinguish an existing restrictive covenant affecting the property in exchange for the merger and consolidation of Lots 12 and 27 into a single parcel. The Ordinance will allow the property owner to seek any necessary land use, variance, or development approvals from the Mannington Township Planning Board. The Ordinance does not grant or guarantee any land use or development approval for the property.
