Public Notice is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held on August 13, 2026 at which hearing an application for Atlantic City Electric, Inc. regarding a use variance and waiver of a site plan at the property known as Block 61, Lot 6 in Mannington Township, New Jersey, was heard. A Resolution of the Mannington Township Planning Board Granting Approval for the use variance and site plan waiver was adopted on October 8, 2026. Said application was granted, which decision is on file and available for inspection at the Mannington Township Hall, 419 Route 45, Mannington, New Jersey.
