Public Notice is hereby given to all persons that public hearings were held on November 13, 2025, December 11, 2025, January 8, 2026, February 12, 2026 and March 12, 2026 at which hearings an application for Fenwick Creek Solar, LLC regarding a use variance at the properties known as Block 39, Lot 33, Block 40, Lot 21, Block 45, Lots 1, 11, 11.02, 11.03 & 15, Block 46, Lots 5 & 6, Block 47, Lots 10, 12 & 16 in Mannington Township, New Jersey, were heard. A Resolution of the Mannington Township Planning Board Denying Approval for the use variance was adopted on April 9, 2026. Said application was denied, which decision is on file and available for inspection at the Mannington Township Hall, 419 Route 45, Mannington, New Jersey.
