Take Notice that the following entitled Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Mannington in the County of Salem and State of New Jersey on September 3, 2026, and will be considered for final passage after a public hearing at a meeting to be held by said Township Committee at the Mannington Townhall, 491 Route 45, Mannington, New Jersey 08079 on October 1, 2026, at 5:30 pm. The title of said Ordinance is as follows:

An Ordinance Authorizing an Exchange of Rights in Land Located
in the Township of Mannington, County of Salem and State of New
Jersey:
Block 19, Lots 12 and 27
The purpose of this Ordinance is to authorize an exchange of rights in land involving property designated as Block 19, Lots 12 and 27 on the Mannington Township Tax Map. The Ordinance authorizes the Township to release and extinguish an existing restrictive covenant affecting the property in exchange for the merger and consolidation of Lots 12 and 27 into a single parcel. The Ordinance will allow the property owner to seek any necessary land use, variance, or development approvals from the Mannington Township Planning Board. The Ordinance does not grant or guarantee any land use or development approval for the property.

Also, copies of the Ordinance are on file for public inspection, examination and acquisition at the office of the Township’s Acting Clerk, Brittany Vanaman, at her office in the Mannington Townhall, 491 Route 45, Mannington, New Jersey 08079 during regular office hours which are Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., (excluding holidays). Members of the public may obtain copies of the Ordinance without cost from the Acting Clerk, before and after final adoption.
