PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held on February 12, 2026, April 9, 2026 and May 14, 2026 at which hearing an application for Robert DiGregorio regarding a use variance at the property known as Block 3, Lots 17 & 19 in Mannington Township, New Jersey, was heard. A Resolution of the Mannington Township Planning Board Granting Approval for the use variance and site plan waiver was adopted on June 11, 2026. Said application was granted, which decision is on file and available for inspection at the Mannington Township Hall, 419 Route 45, Mannington, New Jersey.
