Public Notice is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held on February 12, 2026 at which hearing an application for Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. regarding a use variance at the property known as Block 7, Lot 13 in Mannington Township, New Jersey, was heard. A Resolution of the Mannington Township Planning Board Granting Approval for the use variance and site plan waiver was adopted on March 12, 2026. Said application was granted, which decision is on file and available for inspection at the Mannington Township Hall, 419 Route 45, Mannington, New Jersey.
