- To register your home to have a yard sale, stop at Townhall, 491 Route 45, by May 2, 2025. At the time of your registration, you will receive yard sale signs and price stickers. The Township will advertise for the yard sale in the Elmer Times classifieds.
- On the morning of the yard sale, street maps and a list of participants will be available by the back door at Townhall.
- Any items not sold at your yard sale may be left out, for the “free day” on Sunday, May 11th. If these items still have not found a home, the Township will pick them up, free of charge, on Monday, May 12th, provided you leave your sign out. Please place all leftover small items in trash bags before collection.
- NOTE: On Monday, pickup day, the Public Works Dept. cannot accept items with freon, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers or other white goods. No Tires or Auto/Truck Parts of any kind will be picked up.
